Mr. Sameer Malhotra is the Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL). He pursued his graduation from University of Delhi and later joined the Institute of Cost and Work Accounts of India (ICWA). He further completed his post-graduation in Financial Management from Sardar Patel College of Communication and Management. Before establishing Shriram Automall India Limited, Sameer worked for over 5 years as the Country Manager and Director, Asia Subcontinent, for Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (RBA). He also has a decade long experience in heading several divisions of SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited (SREI), India’s largest finance and rental group focused on infrastructure equipment as Sr. Vice President. Sameer’s strong acumen in strategic analysis and focused management has contributed immensely to the business expansion of Shriram Automall India Limited, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited.

Mr. Kalyan Kumar Malla is a Non- Executive and Non- Independent Director of our Company. Mr. Kalyan is the Chief Accounts Officer of SAMIL Group. He is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience and associated with the group since 2001 in managing accounts, admin, business analysis and audits. He expertise in creating process flows, cost optimization and IT system upgradation. He has been recognized as 'Employee of the Year' in 2012, 'Innovator of the Year' in 2016 and 'Best Team Support Functions' in 2015 & 2017. His team received 'Team of the Year' award in 2022. He holds a diploma in General Management from IIM Lucknow and CMA Inter (2001).

Ms. Phalguni Hari Pillai is a Non- Executive and Non- Independent Director of our Company. She is Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of CarTradeExchange.com which is a state-of-the-art online auction portal of Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL). She is currently responsible for banks, online operations, insurance and BMT at CarTradeExchange. With a journey of over 11 years in the group, she started as sales executive and reached the position of Chief Sales Officer. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing along with Business Development and General Management Programme from IIM Lucknow. She has professional experience of over 21 years in multiple industries including Health and Fitness, F&B, Media publication and Automobile auction business. She was honoured with 'Employee of the Year' award in 2016 and 'Innovator of the Year' award in 2021. She has in-depth customer relationship and employee management skills which made here climb through the corporate ladder. She is a diligent, smart worker, dedicated and has a go getter personality.

Ms. Reema P. Desai is a Non- Executive and Non- Independent Director of our Company. She is the Company Secretary of Shriram Automall India Limited. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, she has a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Mumbai. With an overall experience spanning two decades, Ms. Desai has amassed over 13 years of diversified experience with Shriram Finance Limited (formerly Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited) in the fields of Corporate Secretarial and General and Commercial Laws. Throughout her career, she has adeptly handled Corporate Governance matters, complex Secretarial and Legal Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, and advised shareholders with a focus on compliance and integrity. She served as the Company Secretary of Shriram Equipment Finance Company Limited for over four years, before joining Shriram Automall India Limited as the Company Secretary.

J.V Sudhakar is a mechanical engineer by Bachelors, PGDBM/MBA in Marketing & Finance with a total experience of over 22 years in Shriram Group, spanning across commercial vehicle loans, credit & recovery. He is proficient in creating policies, processes and their implementation related to business operations of Shriram Automall India Limited. For over 11 years, he is responsible for business operations in Pan India through Automall business units and bidding event management. He innovates policies and processes related to business operations of Shriram Automall and its implementation. With his strong business acumen, he was awarded with 'Innovator of the Year' in 2016 and 'Employee of the Year' award in 2021. His areas of interest are - Bidding events operations, policy guideline, business management and commercial vehicle loans.

Manish is a techie by passion and digital native. He has architected award winning products to building tech Organisation. Manish have led world's renowned technology initiative for many Bluechip clients such as Canon, Learning.com, Pearson etc. From finTech and edTech CEO to presently for last 4+ years as Chief Technology Officer with Shriram Automall India Limited group companies - leading tech innovation led business growth for the company. He has been awarded as 'Employee of the Year' in 2022. He is a writer and a speaker on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber security, Blockchain, Metaverse, Digital first, Super apps, AutoTech as well as a Leadership Mentor with tier-1 tech-colleges in India.

Ms. Vibha Sarin Prabhakar is the Chief Experience Officer at Shriram Automall India Limited. She is responsible for Stakeholder Engagement & Retention, Demand Generation & Branding initiatives for all Group companies of SAMIL. She has over 22 years of Global exposure in Transforming Organisations through Smart Business Development, Leading Offline and Digital Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Media and Partner Relationship Management. Vibha has worked in Multi-National and Indian Companies both in India & abroad like GE, Convergys, ICICI Bank, ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland, MMTC-PAMP and eJOHRI. She has a layered exposure as an alumna of London Business School, Wharton-USA, IMD-Switzerland, INSEAD-France. She has been a Keynote Speaker at various industry forums & panel discussions.

Mr. Sunil Chopra is a strategic and proactive professional with abilities in managing legal issues and providing Legal strategy, planning, operations, management, training & development and client servicing with focus on continuity of business and profitability with diverse experience of 20+ years in the Service Sector, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Tax & Accounts Management. Currently working as a Business Head-Legal with Shriram Automall India Limited for the last 10 years, he has vast experience in handling diversified portfolio which includes Contract Management, Litigation, Real Estate, Disputes, Compliance, Merger & Acquisition. He has close relation with legal fraternity across India. He possesses a strong commercial outlook and excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills. He applies a strategic approach to law and like working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. He has a deep interest in researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.

With 13 years of experience in business operations and client relations, and holding an LLB, BBM, and an MBA in Marketing, he currently leads Augeo Asset Management as the Head of Business. His expertise lies in managing the 6 P's—Product, Price, Place, People, Process, and Presentation.
